These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Elite Learning Providers website and your enrolment in any of our courses. By accessing our website or enrolling in a course, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Elite Learning Providers is an online ACCA and FIA tuition provider operating from Elite Learning Providers, Niaz Nagar, Kasur, Pakistan. You can reach us at info@elitelearningproviders.com or 0320-4511680.
Elite Learning Providers is an independent tuition provider. We are not the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), and we are not owned, operated or endorsed by ACCA. All ACCA and FIA qualification names, paper codes and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only. You remain responsible for your own registration, exam entry and fees with ACCA.
You must provide accurate and complete information when registering. You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity that takes place under your account. Please notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.
Course fees are displayed on the relevant course page in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Your enrolment is confirmed only once full payment has been received and acknowledged by us. We reserve the right to change course fees at any time; changes do not affect enrolments already confirmed.
On confirmation of enrolment you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access the course for the stated access period. Access is granted to you alone.
All lectures, recordings, notes, question banks, mock exams, slides and other materials provided by Elite Learning Providers remain our intellectual property or that of our licensors. You may use them solely for your own study.
You must not record, screen-capture, download (except where expressly permitted), copy, resell, republish, share or distribute any course material, nor share your account with any other person. Breach of this clause may result in immediate termination of access without refund and may lead to legal action.
We expect respectful conduct towards tutors and fellow students in all classes, groups and support channels. We may remove any student whose behaviour is abusive, disruptive or unlawful.
Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
We may reasonably change class timings, tutors, delivery platform or syllabus coverage where necessary — for example to reflect ACCA syllabus updates. We will give notice of material changes wherever practical.
Our courses are designed to prepare you thoroughly for your exams, but we cannot and do not guarantee that you will pass any paper. Results depend on your own study, practice and performance on the day.
Our learning portal, payment processing, video delivery and messaging may rely on third-party services. Your use of those services is also subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the content or availability of third-party websites we link to.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Elite Learning Providers is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, loss of opportunity, or loss arising from exam outcomes. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Where liability is not excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant course.
We may suspend or terminate access where these Terms are breached, where payment is not received, or where required by law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The revised version will be posted on this page with a new “last updated” date, and applies from the date it is posted.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, and the courts of Pakistan shall have jurisdiction over any dispute.
