Refund Policy

At Elite Learning Providers, we strive to provide high-quality ACCA education and an excellent learning experience. Please read our refund policy carefully before enrolling.

1. Free Trial Class

We offer a free trial class so prospective students can evaluate our teaching methodology before enrolling. We strongly encourage all students to attend the trial class before making payment.

2. Refund Eligibility

• A student may request a refund within 48 hours of payment, provided they have not attended more than one paid class or accessed a substantial portion of the course materials.
• Once a student has attended more than one paid class or accessed course recordings/materials beyond the initial session, the course is considered to have commenced and a full refund will no longer be available.

3. Partial Refunds

• If a refund request is approved after the first paid class, a partial refund may be granted at the sole discretion of Elite Learning Providers.
• The refund amount will be calculated after deducting the value of classes attended, study materials provided, administrative charges and any applicable payment processing fees.

4. Non-Refundable Cases

• Change of mind after significant course participation
• Failure to attend classes
• Technical or internet issues on the student’s side
• Failure to appear for the ACCA examination
• Dissatisfaction resulting from insufficient personal study or preparation

5. Course Transfers

Students may request to transfer to another batch or exam session. Such requests are subject to approval and course availability.

6. Course Cancellation

If Elite Learning Providers cancels a course and cannot offer a suitable alternative, students will receive a full refund.

7. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method within 7–14 business days. Any applicable bank charges, payment gateway fees or administrative costs may be deducted.
